About Us
Victory Education Centre is a centre of languages and personal development in Kemang Pratama, Bekasi, where children learn languages, find confidence, and grow.
On 18 May 1997, Mrs. Yustina Ries Sunarti, an English teacher at SMA Marsudirini Bekasi, founded Victory English Course from a garage in the Delta Pekayon housing complex. Her belief was simple: mastery of English opens a window to the world. The course welcomed children from kindergarten through senior high school, as well as adults.
A year later Victory moved to the Kemang Pratama business complex, growing to serve students from Kemang Pratama and the surrounding area. In 1998 the founder also established Sekolah Victory Plus, Bekasi's first international school, out of her belief that a school should be strong not only academically but also in character development.
The world has changed dramatically, especially through the Covid-19 pandemic, and technology now touches every part of our lives. So in 2020 Victory English Course transformed into Victory Education Centre, teaching not only English but also Mandarin, German, and essential 21st-century skills such as ICT. In that spirit, we believe VEC will be a home for champions.

Mandarin Teacher

An experienced and passionate Mandarin teacher with over 14 years of teaching experience, including 3 years with the Cambridge Curriculum and 11 years with the International Baccalaureate (IB) Curriculum. She teaches children, teenagers, and adults across a wide range of levels and learning needs, helping students build their reading, listening, speaking, and writing skills and prepare for HSK proficiency through engaging, effective lessons.
